Bookings & Pricing A 50% non refundable deposit will secure booking.<\/p>\n A delivery fee applies to all bookings outside of a 30km radius of Queenstown and will be calculated once we know your event location.<\/p>\n Bar Hire does not include beverages and glassware. We recommend you order direct through our preferred suppliers, however refreshments can be sourced independently and used with Beveragino.<\/p>\n $200 per hour charge is applicable over and above the agreed hire time.<\/p>\n GST is included in the prices shown.<\/p>\n Prices are subject to change without notice.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Liquor & Alcohol<\/strong><\/p>\n All alcohol will be invoiced directly from the supplier and it will be your responsibility to ensure adherence to all necessary licensing requirements.<\/p>\n Insurance & Damages<\/strong><\/p>\n A $600 bond is payable at the same time the balance is due (10 working days before the event) The bond will be returned at the end of the hire period unless there has been theft or damage to the Bar or equipment, this cost will be deducted from the bond and the difference refunded.
